When you purchase products at Rino & Pelle, we conclude an agreement. Based on this agreement, we will process your standard data. We will use this data to deliver our products and to keep you updated about the status of your order. Besides that, we will use your data to create an account at our webshop & B2B-platform, if authorized. You can use this platform to place orders yourself. Data of debtors will be stored for 7 years in accordance with obligations under the law.
How do we collect your data?
We collect personal data via e-mail, phone, fax, regular mail, staff members, our websites, and visits at our showrooms. We use the personal data to provide you with information, delivering our products and service purposes. Your privacy will always be respected by our staff members. Your personal data will be handled with care and will not be used for any other purposes than mentioned.

All data have been stored at our own servers. These servers are based in a controlled, secure environment in the Netherlands and are secured against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.
