
Your role
As an Area Manager Netherlands at Rino & Pelle, you will play a key commercial role in managing and expanding your customer portfolio, strengthening relationships throughout the year and representing our brand both in the showroom and on the road. You combine strong relationship-building with analytical insight, ensuring customers receive strategic buying advice, optimal stock levels and the support they need to grow. With your experience in shop-in-shop concepts, you help increase visibility, consistency and sales performance across multiple points of sale, directly contributing to the growth and presence of Rino&Pelle in the Dutch market.
Your responsibilities
• Selling our collections from the showroom in Lijnden
• Visiting customers outside the main sales periods
• Building and maintaining strong, personal relationships with retailers
• Proactively managing customer stock levels using digital sales tools such as Smart Replenishment
• Managing, monitoring and optimising current and future shop-in-shop concepts
Your profile
• Completed commercial education and/or a relevant retail or fashion-related study
• Several years of experience in Area Management or Sales
• Strategic and highly organised, with strong communication skills
• A team player with a high willingness to travel within the Netherlands
• Excellent analytical skills
• In possession of a driver’s licence and living in the Netherlands
• A plus: experience with shop-in-shop concepts
