Ordering process

Place an order

After you’ve added products to your shopping cart, you can choose to view your cart and proceed thereafter directly to order. After this you will enter the "Checkout". Here you can log in to your Rino & Pelle account or add your shipping details without logging in. After completing the payment, the order is placed. You will receive a confirmation to the e-mail address you provided. Didn't receive a confirmation? Please contact our Customer Care Team (customercare@rino-pelle.com)

Change order

Unfortunately you cannot change an order yourself. If you have entered the wrong size or address, please contact our Customer Care Team immediately (customercare@rino-pelle.com). Then we will check if we can still make the requested amendments. If your order is in the shipping process already, we no longer have any influence on this and can’t amend anything anymore.

Cancel your order

You have the right to cancel your order before delivery. However, we aim to ship your order as quickly as possible. It can happen therefore, that your order is already on its way when we receive your cancellation. If the order has been shipped, you can return the goods within the period of 30 days.

Account

Having an account on our webshop makes it possible to track the status of your current order, but also to review old orders. Besides that, you can keep a wish list in your account. You do not need an account to place an order.

Forgot your password

If you have forgotten your password, press the "Forgotten password" button to request a new one. If you enter your e-mail address, you will receive an e-mail which will let you reset your password. If you (still) have login problems, please feel free to contact our Customer Care Team (customercare@rino-pelle.com).
