Your role
In this role, you are involved in the full product development process, from
initial idea to final production. You design commercial styles in line with the collection structure and translate concepts into well-developed products.
You are responsible for sourcing and developing products, including material selection, color choices, prints and artwork. You manage the sample process from the first prototype through to final approval, ensuring quality, consistency and alignment with the intended outcome.
You stay informed on developments within the fashion industry, including materials, techniques and innovations, through research and market awareness. You work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure timelines, quality standards and technical feasibility are maintained.
Depending on the needs of the collection, you may travel to production partners and support during photoshoots. You also contribute to price alignment and negotiations where relevant.
Your profile
You have completed a fashion or textile-related education (MBO/HBO). Experience is a plus, but not required, we are primarily looking for the right profile and mindset.
You have a good command of the English language, both spoken and written. You are familiar with Adobe programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign, or similar design tools.
You are flexible, hands-on, accurate and solution-oriented in your way of working. You have knowledge of materials and trims, and you are both quality- and price-conscious. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and take ownership of your responsibilities.
